Workshop: Build Your Home Yoga Practice

Previously implemented at studios and retreat centers

Why limit your yoga practice to the studio? This workshop will help you feel more confident about practicing yoga on your own and give you time to explore postures and sequences without the pressure of time in classes.

Modules include:

  • one teacher-led practice

  • an overview of basic anatomy and yoga postures

  • resources (online, books, etc.) and suggestions to help you draft your sequence

  • Q&A

  • meditation

  • and a few short self-guided practices
